The newsletter of the German zebra finch society, DZI, reports in the "very last" newsletter that the DZI has died after having been sick for some time. According to the newsletter the funeral was attended by a number of zebra finches, all wearing distinct tear markings...

I assume the regional zebra finch clubs in Germany will continue their work.
